Information
Announced on May 29th, 2025, Muse headlined the 2025 edition of the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid on July 10th, 2025. Alongside with the NOS Alive festival in Portugal, the band were stepping in for Kings of Leon, who had to cancel their appearances due to an emergency surgery undergone by lead singer Caleb Followill.[8]
This was the band's second time at the festival, where they've previously played 3 years ago.

The Show
Fireworks were once again used during Starlight. During Knights of Cydonia Matt's guitar strap broke but he continued playing and singing until the end of the song.
