Brisbane Brisbane Entertainment Centre
Brisbane Entertainment Centre is an entertainment complex in the Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Opened in 1986, the centre incorporates rooms ranging in size from conference rooms, function rooms, to an arena, which is used for sports events and music concerts. The centre is owned by Stadium Queensland and operated by ASM Global. The arena's capacity sits at 13,601 with the general seating arrangements being at end stage mode, "in the round" and intimate mode, which only uses half of the arena.
Artists who performed at the arena include Shawn Mendes, Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Drake, Green Day and more. Other events that took place at the arena include Disney On Ice, Grease, Beauty and the Beast and The Man from Snowy River: Arena Spectacular.
Muse performed for two consecutive nights in December 2010, as part of The The Resistance Tour's Australian leg. The band also stopped at the arena during The 2nd Law Tour's Australian leg in 2013 for one night only.
