During the beginning of Uprising, Matt aimed a green laser pointer into the crowd, and did so again at the end. After the piano had been wheeled on stage, Matt joined in on the latter portion of Nishe.

During Exogenesis, Matt sang the first section comprising of 'who are we' but not the last one. He also sang the wails in Exogenesis as well as Guiding Light.
