Ticket pre-sale was from 20th July at 09:00 to 21st July at 09:30 through Ticketmaster. General ticket sale started 21st July at 9:30 . DF Concerts promoted the event.[5]

Standing was for over 14s only, and under 16s must have been accompanied by an adult.[6]

During Stockholm Syndrome, the sound of Matthew Bellamy's guitar cut out, after which there was a pause before the song resumed again.[7]
