Analysis and Explanation

Save Me was never played in the same gig as the other song on the album written by Chris, Liquid State. The two had been on rotation since their debuts, however for one reason or another Liquid State was almost always played instead. In 2012 it made the very rare appearance, which was limited to just two performances in 2013. The reason for its performance at both 2013 gigs is self-explanatory as well; its Staples Center appearance was a multi-night gig, and its appearance at the Shepherds Bush Empire was to support War Child. It has not made an appearance since these two gigs and, because of Christ stating he no longer wishes to sing lead, it is unlikely we will see another performance of this very rare song any time soon.
