The CME WIDI-X8 system transmits MIDI Signals wirelessly. Some of Matt's Manson guitars that have X-Y Midi Pads on them have CME WIDI Transmitters (fitted onto the guitar strap) and the signal goes into the Receivers, they are then plugged into the Korg Kaoss Pad KP2
These replaced the Kenton_MidiStream used on previous tours
