Tuning : Standard

Okay, first, here's how you play this catchy intro riff :
e|----------------------------------------------------|
b|----------------------------------------------------|
g|-9~-9->-16-14-12-12-12->-11~---4->-14-12-11-12-12->-| x6
D|----------------------------------------------------|
A|----------------------------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------------------------|

You play the first riff during the whole verse. I'm not
certain, but i think there are no variations. Here's the
second riff. I think Matt uses some Fuzz Factory for this
one :
e|----------------------------|
b|----------------------------|
g|----------------------------| x2
D|-9-8-7-5->-2-2-0h2p0----0h2-|
A|---------------------h2-----|
E|----------------------------|

Then the same, but an octave lower. No Fuzz this time :
e|--------------------------|
b|--------------------------|
g|--------------------------| x3
D|-------------0h2p0----0h2-|
A|-------------------h2-----|
E|-7-6-5-3-0-0--------------|

On the last time you play the riff, before the chorus,
just make a random slide and go back on the top of the
neck on the 6th string :
e|--------------------------|
b|--------------------------|
g|--------------------------|
D|--------------------------|
A|--------------------------|
E|-7-6-5-3-0-0---->---------|

I think Matt plays this before the chorus on concerts :

e|---------|
b|---------|
g|-7-7-7-7-|
D|-x-x-x-x-|
A|-5-5-5-5-|
E|---------|

On the chorus, even if can't really hear it because
of the bass, the guitar plays the same as the bass
during the first part. I realized it watching the
live performance at Jool's Holland. Use the Harmony
effect -1oct. on a Whammy pedal, to make the guitar
sound "fat" like the bass ahah :
e|---------------------------------|
b|---------------------------------|
g|-------------------------5-5-4---| x2
D|---------5-5---------7---------5-|
A|-----5-------2-3-5-5---5---------|
E|-3-3---3-------------------------|

e|------------------------------------|
b|------------------------------------|
g|------------------------------------|
D|----------9-9-7------------9---7----|
A|-7-7-10-7-------10-----9---------10-|
E|-------------------7-7---7---7------|

e|---------------------------------------|
b|---------------------------------------|
g|---------------------------------------|
D|----------9-9-7-------------10-10-9----|
A|-7-7-10-7-------10-----10-----------10-|
E|-------------------8-8----8------------|

And here's the second part of the chorus when you
go back to a normal guitar sound. You can clearly
here the guitar this time :
e|-7-7-7-7-7-7--5--5--5-5-5-|
b|-8-8-8-8-8-8--7--7--7-7-7-|
g|-7-7-7-7-7-7--7--7--7-7-7-| x2
D|--------------------------|
A|--------------------------|
E|--------------------------|

e|-7-7-7-7-7-7--7--7--7-7-7-|
b|-8-8-8-8-8-8--7--7--7-7-7-|
g|-9-9-9-9-9-9--8--8--8-8-8-|
D|--------------------------|
A|--------------------------|
E|--------------------------|

e|-7-7-7-7-7-7--8--8--8-8-8-|
b|-8-8-8-8-8-8--8--8--8-8-8-|
g|-9-9-9-9-9-9--9--9--9-9-9-|
D|--------------------------|
A|--------------------------|
E|--------------------------|

And now you go back to the intro riff for the second
verse. This time you play it four times. For the second
riff, in the second part, you can hear a little difference
with the first time when we heard played the riff. You
play it on the the second line of the lower octave
instead of the hammers and pullings :
e|-------|
b|-------|
g|-------|
D|-------|
A|-6-7-8-|
E|-4-5-6-|

Then you go back to the chorus. After this second
chorus, Matt plays the second riff with a clean
guitar, but in a different way, with the same notes :
e|----------------------------------|
b|----------------------------------|
g|-4-3-2-0------------------4-3-2-0-|
D|---------2-2-0h2p0----0h2---------|
A|-------------------h2-------------|
E|----------------------------------|

After, you play the second riff on the lower octave
twice, and you play the first riff, but it's a bit
different this time :
e|-----------------------------------------------|
b|-----------------------------------------------|
g|-11~-9->-16-14-12-12-12->-11~---4->-12-12->-9~-|
D|-----------------------------------------------|
A|-----------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------|

And finally, go back to the chorus, and here's the outro.
You play the lower octave of the second riff only once,
then you play the first riff like this :
e|------------------------------------------------------------|
b|------------------------------------------------------------|
g|-11~-9->-16-14-12-12-12->-11~---4->-12-12->-9~-7h9p7----7h9-|
D|-----------------------------------------------------h9-----|
A|------------------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------|

And you got it ! I know the structure of the song
and the order you play the riffs may be a bit hard
(it was the case for me ahah), but listening to
the song a few times while playing it will help
to understand better I think.

Song structure :
Intro (Riff 1 x2)
Verse 1 (Riff 1 x4)
Pre-chorus (Riff 2)
Chorus
Verse 2 (Riff 1 x4)
Pre-chorus (Riff 2)
Chorus
Instrumental (Riff 2, then Riff 1 x2)
Chorus
Outro (Riff 2, Riff 1)

Signs :
~ : vibrato
b : bend
r : release bend
h : hammer
p : pulling
-> : slide
