The GRAMMY Museum (full name: The GRAMMY Museum at L.A. Live) is an interactive educational museum devoted to the history and the winners of the Grammy Awards. The museum displays a collection of historical musical artifacts such as audio/video recordings, instruments and costumes from the Grammy Awards, videos and recording booths and interactive touch-screens. The museum also houses several event spaces. It is located in Downtown Los Angeles, at the entertainment complex called L.A. Live, near Staples Center. It's one of the three Grammy museums, with the other two being in Cleveland, Mississippi and Nashville, Tennessee. In 2017, the Grammy Museum Experience also opened at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The L.A. museum opened in 2008 when the Grammy Awards celebrated it's 50th anniversary.

The GRAMMY Museum consists of four floors, including museum displays, recording booths and instrument stations. Inside are also five main event areas dedicated to event-hosting:

  • Greenroom, a small intimate room with the maximum seating capacity of 10, built for hosting meetings and smaller gatherings
  • 3rd Floor Gallery, part of the museum display, featuring a so called Roland LIVE where guests can perform onto on-stage instruments, doubling as a space to host private events
  • Mike Curb 4th Floor Gallery, similar to the 3rd Floor Gallery also part of the museum display and able to host intimate cocktail receptions
  • The Terrace at L.A. Live, an open-space located on the fifth floor, feauturing an indoor lobby, two bars and a 150 seated dining space, built to host dining events and parties
  • Clive Davis Theater, an intimate 200-seat theater, built for hosting concerts, events and various meetings aswell as film screenings, as it houses a rectractable screen

Exhibits hosted at The GRAMMY Museum include The Beatles Love by Cirque du Soleil, Bob Marley: Messenger, Ringo: Peace and Love, Golden Gods: The History of Heavy Metal and Roy Orbison: The Soul Of Rock & Roll, to name a few.

Artists who have performed inside Clive Davis theatre include Ghost, Lana Del Rey, Avenged Sevenfold and Taylor Swift. Muse performed inside the theater in 2013 for KROQ's Grammy Awards pre-party, attended by winners of the competition organised by the radio.
