Awesome track, one of my favorite on the album.
I see no link with New Born, but more with Map,
The Handler, Bliss, and MK Ultra.

I think you can use a guitar that has a Floyd
Rose for this one, hearing the vibratos at some
times. To start, playthese few notes on the intro,
before the verse starts :

Note : For this quoted part, I didn't manage to
       count the exact number of hammers/pullings
       Matt does, so just play many of them very
       fast until the second verse starts.

For the second verse, you play the same thing
as the first verse, but this time you only play
it twice. Then, you go back to the pre-chorus
when you play nothing, and play the chorus once
again. Now here's this sweet solo :

Hammer part. Play the first notes VERY fast.
You play the hammers with one hand, or two
hands, you'll see by playing the two ways.
I personnally prefer to play it with two
hands, because I feel like I lose less time
when moving to another place of the neck :

I prefer to play it the first way because
I think it's easier, but you'll what you

And you got it ! For the intro notes, the instrumental
notes after the first chorus, and the solo, I advice
you to use some phaser or a wah-wah pedal.
