Undisclosed Desires and Muscle Museum both appeared on the original setlist, but neither was played. Muscle Museum was replaced with Yes Please.

After the show, Matt tweeted saying "Thanks Sao Paolo for ur support tonight and singing for me. Sorry we missed Muscle Museum. promise to come back next year and will play it."

The streaming was cancelled a few minutes before the show due to Matt's laryngitis. He noticeably struggled for most of the show, using very little falsetto and having the crowd sing far more than usual.

Lithium (by Nirvana) was covered by Muse for the first time, due to the fact that this show fell exactly 20 years after the death of Kurt Cobain.
