Floccinaucinihilipilification (pronounced floc·ci·nau·ci·ni·hil·i·pil·i·fi·ca·tion) is an act or instance of judging something to be worthless or trivial, according to dictionary.reference.com.

With its 29 letters, it's one of the the longest non-technical words in English, right behind hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia, antidisestablishmentarianism, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, and pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, although it was coined as a joke.
