Originally one concert was scheduled at The Arena[3] in downtown Fortitude Valley. After tickets for that concert sold out within an hour,[4] a second date was scheduled at the same venue.[4] In light of both dates selling out,[1] said concerts were combined and relocated to the River Stage[1] and a further 3,000 tickets were put on sale.[1] Australian support act Neon did not go down well with the Muse crowd.[2]
