First seen in 2012, [[Chris Wolstenholme | Chris]] used this bass for the song [[Madness (song)| Madness]]. The bass is incredilby unique in that the top half of the bass is a [[Misa KItara]], cut to fit the frame of the body, and the bottom half is a [[Status S2-Classic|Status S2-Classic headless]]. The bass is likely tuned to standard (EADG). | |||
Due to the Misa Kitara being prone to failure, Chris had three of them built for backup purposes. The bass was later succeeded by the improoved and re-painted [[Status Kitara Doubleneck Bass Mk2|Mk2] version in 2017, which ditched the Kitara completely. | |||

Information & Background
First seen in 2012, Chris used this bass for the song Madness. The bass is incredilby unique in that the top half of the bass is a Misa KItara, cut to fit the frame of the body, and the bottom half is a Status S2-Classic headless. The bass is likely tuned to standard (EADG).
