The Show

The Cherub Rock riff was played again after the 2018 and 2019 Chicago gigs, as a tribute to Smashing Pumpkins, being a Chicago-based band.

Fire cannons were placed behind the band and on each side of the stage, as opposed to being located alongside the entire front of the stage. The on-stage set had notably more lights than the Mexican tour set-up, including overhead LED lights. Streamers were released during Compliance, while confetti was released during Verona. Similar to the Simulation Theory World Tour or The Unsustainable Tour, a slightly larger B-stage with a sinking floor was included in the setup.

Kill or Be Killed's Feilsmann + Tiley remix was played from tape as an interstitial before Compliance, replacing The Gallery. During this interstitial time, the inflatable figure of Will the Hacker was erected. Verona got its tour debut on this gig, as didIsolated System's shortened version and Resistance, both played for the first time since 2018, with Dom playing a sample pad on the B-stage for Isolated System, wearing the hacker mask.
