X-clusive: Hear Muse Live From Earls Court On Xfm

As if we weren't already good enough to you Xfm has a special Christmas treat in store for you. We’ll be broadcasting Muse’s sold out concert at Earl’s Court in London, live on 104.9 Xfm next week.

On Monday December 20, Muse will be playing the second of two completely sold out concerts at the 18,000 capacity Earls Court, in West London, and Xfm will be broadcasting the entire show live on Xfm.

The Music:Response show, presented by our very own Ian Camfield will be hosting this world exclusive, which will kick off at 7.00pm.

You can hear Xfm on 104.9fm and on Homechoice in London, on DAB Digital Radio in most major cities, across the entire UK on Sky, NTL and Telewest and of course right here online at www.xfm.co.uk.

And, as if that wasn’t enough, despite the fact that the entire concert completely sold out within hours of going on sale, we even have some tickets to give away here at Xfm Online. Just click here for more details.

Muse are currently writing material for the follow up to their platinum selling ‘Absolution’ album. With frontman Matt Bellamy recently explaining the songs are quite stylistically different to their recent output.

“The new stuff sounds like Calexico,” he explained to NME, “It sounds like epic country. It sounds like a man riding a horse. Yeah, the track I’m most proud of at the moment sounds like a man riding a horse, playing a trumpet. In Mexico. And then being shot by bandits. There’s a little bit of that coming through. A little bit of Kill Bill coming in.”
