: Thinking about it a bit more, I'm in two minds as to whether a separate Bass tab page is useful. On one hand, for those who want to print out the tabs, it's easier and more economical to have separate pages. On the other hand, I see some tabs have already been written up with bass and guitar in the same tab (eg Time Is Running Out), so we would not have a consistent approach across all songs. Whether consistency matters or not, in the short term, I'm not sure. Here's a plan: I'll upload my tab to the existing page and we'll go from there.

Hey guys, i changed the solo from 5h6h7 to 3h4h5. It didnt sound right on my guitar so i messed about a bit and this one sounds much better. if it doesnt sound right for you, you can change it again, i have no problem with that. thanks! Rosaliebellamyy (talk) 08:58, 21 August 2013 (BST)

The tuning is DGDGBe, so the 5h6h7 is correct... Your guitar is tuned DAD.. --Mo (talk) 13:29, 21 August 2013 (BST)

oh sorry. there are my wonderful reading skills again. anyway, thanks. i thought it was because i had a strat and not the same guitar that it was recorded on. thank you.

Bass tab

The existing bass tab, ie this:

G|---7---7-|----12----12-|---10---10-|----14----14-|----12----12-|---10---5--|
D|---------|-------------|-----------|-------------|-------------|-----------|
A|-5---5---|-10----10----|-8----8----|-12----12----|-10----10----|-8----3----|
E|---------|-------------|-----------|-------------|-------------|-----------|
G|---7---7-|----12----12-|---10----13-|----14----14-|----12----12-|---10---5--|
D|---------|-------------|------------|-------------|-------------|-----------|
A|-5---5---|-10----10----|-8----11----|-12----12----|-10----10----|-8----3----|
E|---------|-------------|------------|-------------|-------------|-----------|

isn't correct and doesn't reflect the structure of the song.

I have tabbed out the entire song as per the album version, and can upload. I wonder whether a separate Bass tab page would be useful. Any thoughts from anyone?

As a bassist myself, that would actually be quite useful! Allthough I didn't use any tabs for lots of years now (my ears are my tabs haha), I welcome the idea of bass tabs being separated from guitar tabs, allthough I don't mind the current setup.
