Muse were scheduled to perform inside Scottrade Center in November 2010,[1] before the impending birth of Christopher Wolstenholme's fifth child necessitated the concert's cancellation.[2] It was announced on the 19th of April 2010[1] with a ticket pre-sale for fans beginning on the 21st of April at 11:00 and general sale on the 23rd at 11:00.[3] The cancellation was announced on the 20th of May. Refunds for internet and telephone orders were automatic, while those bought from ticket offices could obtain a refund at the ticket office from which tickets were purchased.[2]
