Revolt was the third true single off of Drones (excluding the promotional singles) and thus had some potential to be played often. It was held back from debuting until the launch of the North American leg of the 2015/2016 Drones 360 World Tour, skipping the 2015 Festival Tour as a result. Reapers, a fan favourite since its debut, has taken over its spot in the setlist in nearly all gigs since the December 18th gig. This has lead Revolt to a less-than-common position in setlists. This may likely change in the near future. Revolt is now on rotation with Hysteria and the other songs that use JFK as an intro, further lessening performance frequency. Analysis and Explanation

Revolt was the third true single off of Drones (excluding the promotional singles) and thus had some potential to be played often. It was held back from debuting until the launch of the North American leg of the 2015/2016 Drones 360 World Tour, skipping the 2015 Festival Tour as a result. All the performances has been preceded by JFK so far, except once in Italy (2016-05-15), where it was play before JFK. Interestingly, the band decided to put Reapers and Revolt on rotation to the dismay of many fans. Reapers, a fan favourite since its debut, has taken over its spot in the setlist in nearly all gigs since the December 18th gig. This has lead Revolt to a less-than-common position in setlists. This may likely change in the near future. Revolt is on rotation with Hysteria and the other songs that use JFK as an intro, further lessening performance frequency. Revolt was finally performed at a non-multi-night gig on June 4th 2016 at Prague, the first time since December 2015.

The song is performed half a step down, so it does not sound exactly like it does on the album.

* JFK was played at a small amount of gigs in 2007 as intro music.

** Drones was played twice at every performance from its debut with three exceptions as of the last update. The actual total of gigs is highly inflated in comparison with other songs as a result. It has not been performed twice at festival dates, however, since the end of the 360 Tour in 2016.
