iHeartRadio Theater, located in the 32 Avenue of the Americas building (also known as AT&T Long Distance Building) in the Tribeca neighbourhood of Manhattan, New York, is a small events venue, used by NYC-based streaming radio platforms, iHeartRadio and iHeartCountry and owned by iHeartMedia (formerly known as Clear Channel). The theater has a capacity of 200 people and was built in 2008 and refurbished in 2013, when the iHeartRadio headquarters, located in the building, were being refurbished. The theater is also used to host corporate events and meetings.

The facility is capable of capturing and streaming events live and works as a fully functioning recording studio. The NYC venue is one of the two iHeartRadio Theaters, the other, slightly bigger one, being in Los Angeles. Both theaters regularily host so-called album release parties, where artist perform short concerts featuring songs off of their newest releases. Artists who have performed at the New York venue include BTS, Keith Urban, The Lumineers, Smashing Pumpkins, Fall Out Boy, Blink 182, Ed Sheeran and more.
