Background
The Jackson Randy Rhoads Signature guitar (or as it's officially called, the Jackson Rhoads) is a an electric guitar model produced by Jackson Guitars since 1981, originally commissioned by deceased Quiet Riot and Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Randy Rhoads (who died only a year later Jackson started Rhoads' production). The guitar was designed and built, alongside Rhoads himself, by Grover Jackson, Tim Wilson and Mike Shannon of Charvel Guitars. It is the first guitar sold to the public under the Jackson guitars name. Other famous artists who play or have played this guitar are Vinnie Vincent (formerly of Kiss - was the first professional to be offered an early Rhoads guitar after Randy's death), Corey Beaulieu (Trivium), Christian Andreu (Gojira), Daron Malakian (System of a Down), Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Adrian Smith (Iron Maiden), Phil Campbell (Motörhead) and many more.
The guitar comes in various different custom options (as professional artists have further customised this guitar). You can choose between two bridge options - the Tune-O-Matic or the Floyd Rose tremolo. A push-pull split coil option gives you another separate volume control for the neck pickup. A stock Rhoads guitar comes with Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups on both bridge and neck positions (except of the Christian Andreu Rhoads, which comes just the bridge pickup and the volume control). The guitar is sold both left and right playing formats.
Due to it only appearing once, not much is known about the model of the guitar Bellamy used. Matt's guitar was presumably a standard Rhoads model with some modifications done to it.
Touring
As mentioned above, Bellamy only used the guitar once, inside the M.E.N. Arena in Manchester, during the second night on 11th of November 2006. After the song's outro, Matt threw it into the audience. The guitar was subsequently taken from the audience by a security guard and never seen again.
