Background

This guitar is the sixth new Manson to break cover in 2012, and only the second to feature an X-Y Midi screen controller. It is the second of Matt's guitars to feature a carbon fibre finish. It debuted at the London O2 arena gig on the 27th of October 2012 where it was used for New Born. This guitar bears similarities with the Manson Red Glitter.

Touring

At the 2013 Werchter gig he threw this guitar into Dom's bass drum, presuambly because it cut out at the New Born outro. He then threw it over the drumkit. After finishing the song, Dom threw the guitar over the kit to the front of the stage. The guitar possibly got damaged and was sent to Mansons for repairs, as the Manson Red Glitter 2.0 was used at the following European gigs. The guitar was back for the Summer gigs in Asia in 2013 and also made a return for some of the festival shows in Summer of 2015. It didn't return for later tours.
