Announced on the 7th of June, Muse performed inside the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, as part of the European The 2nd Law tour.[1]

A pre-sale lottery was carried out by Crowdsurge between the announcement and 18:00 on the 10th, in which standing but not seated tickets could be applied for.[1] A conventional pre-sale through Gigsandtours took place between 09:00 and 10:00 on the 14th, before general sale started at 10:00 the same day.[3]

Ruled by Secrecy was played for the first time in two years.
