It also appears that Matt had a Les Paul DC Pro, with the exact same specs as the Gibson Les Paul DC Lite (apart from this guitar had chrome hardware and no [[Roland GK-2a Guitar Synthesizer Driver|Roland GK2 MIDI]] pickup.) This guitar also had black tape around the edge of it. A video of the guitar can be found [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghLbiRfH3Cw here]

Information

The Gibson Les Paul Slimline Double Cutaway was Matt's main guitar for most of the touring in 2000, until Bellamy rammed it into a Marshall 4x12 cabinet at the Dublin Olympia.

Apparently the object taped below the bridge is "a piece of bass fretboard".[1] Matt's DC Lite also featured gold hardware.

It appears that Matt had a Les Paul DC Pro, with the exact same specs as the Les Paul DC Lite (apart from the Pro having chrome hardware and no Roland GK2 MIDI pickup). The Pro guitar also had black tape around the edge of it. A video of this guitar can be found here
