I'm almost sure that's not Township Rebellion after Stockholm Syndrome, but Agitated.

1) They play that after SS every time.

2) It doesn't sound anything like Agitated.

Really? It sounds very similar to Agitated - Hullabaloo version, not the studio version. The bass riff is almost the same.
