Information

Announced on the 6th of October 2012,[1] Muse performed inside Valley View Casino Center (formally known as San Diego Sports Arena) on the 21st of January, 2013.[1][2][3][4] Pre-sale took place between 10AM and 10PM, local time, on the 9th of October 2012,[2] while general sale started on the 12th at 10AM.[2]

The San Diego alternative radio station FM 94/9 had an ongoing contest called Museapalooza in which you could win an opportunity to meet the band and play table tennis against Matt and Chris. On 30th January, 2013, a DJ on the station, who was present at the table tennis game, described Chris as having "a wicked English backhand."

The video of the ping pong competition can be seen here and the interview with Chris can be seen here.

This is also the Birthday of Martin Luther King Junior, which is observed as a Federal holiday in the United States.
